Keep in mind, that CSS files are always preserved and they can contain images.

 


Embedded Video

As a rule embedded video in the articles is not supported. Basically video playback in Android WebView depends on the installed players, browser plugins, etc. YouTube is a happy exception, but YouTube video playback also depends on download settings and some preferences and could be not available as well. Besides, the application scans both article description and the article itself (if article is prefetched for offline reading), extracts all YouTube links and places the 'Video' command icon to the Options Menu.

'Video' command iconin Options Menu displays the 'Select Video' dialog which in turn runs the Android YouTube application or opens video in the Android browser depending on 'Launch browser for YouTube links' setting in Preferences.
