Main Views

The main program views are: 'Feeds', 'Topics' and 'Topic Feeds'.

The 'Feeds' view appears first. A tap on feed icon in grid opens Articles List.

Topics icon in Options Menu opens 'Topics' view.

Long tap on each icon displays the context menu.

In Android 3.0 the main menu appears in the action bar as a set of icons.

In Android 2.2 the main menu appears in the right top corner (tablets) or after tapping the device 'Menu' button (phones).

Here is how 'Topics' view looks like. Please, note custom topic images and different thumbnail sizes.

Tap on topic icon in 'Topics' view opens 'Feeds' view for the selected topic. Feeds are the same as above, but they contain the subset of articles filtered with topic keywords and thresholds. See 'Edit Topic' dialog for details. Topic keywords are highlighted in 'Article Description' view and in 'Article Offline' view.

'Grid View Settings' dialog

To set thumbnails size or switch Drag-n-Drop mode on/off tap main application icon in Sagitta 3.0.

To set thumbnails size select 'Grid Setting' menu item in Sagitta 2.2.

Tap on main application icon displays the 'Grid View Settings' dialog.

'Drag-n-Drop mode' check box is available in Sagitta 3.0 only.

The 'Grid View Settings' dialog allows user to switch the Drag-n-Drop mode on/off as well as set the thumbnail size for the current view.

 


'Voice Recognition' iconVoice Recognition Dialog

The microphone icon 'Voice Recognition' iconon the left of some text input fields starts the voice recognition dialog. Press the icon and say the required text instead of typing the text manually.
