'Preferences' window'Preferences' window

'Preferences' window appears when the user selects 'Preferences' command in the main menu. 'Preferences' window contains 4 tabs - 'Player', 'User Interface', 'Sleep' and 'Wakeup' which are described below.

Tab 'Player'Tab 'Player'


Tab 'Player' Tab 'Player' allows controlling the time initervals for basic steps, maximum recording interval for  bookmark memo and default bookmark delays.

The 'Set default play item duration' wheel allows user to select play item duration when adding items to play lists.

MiscMisc

The 'Track individual clip volume level' flag allows individual clip volume level tracking.
The 'Show a toast on volume change' flag toggles the volume toast appearance.

The 'On media file end - start playback of the next media file' flag toggles continuous folder playback on/off.

The 'On media folder end – start playback from the beginning'  flag toggles folder playback wrap.

Font SizeFont Size

The 'Font Size' wheel allows user to choose the font size (14 - 24 sp).

Player background color & look-n-feePlayer background color & look-n-feel

The 'Player background color' wheel allows user to choose grey/green/blue/pink/yellow  background color for player state fragment located at the bottom of the screen.

The 'Player cross layout' flag toggles player cross layout.

The 'Show clip thumbnail' flag toggles visibility of the clip thumbnail at the bottom left.

The 'Show Rollback button' flag toggles visibility of the 'Rollback' button which is located on the left of 'Play/Pause' button at the bottom right.

The 'Quick action menu' flag toggles the layout of the Player menu.

Display folder path asDisplay folder path as

  • Last 1 subfolder
  • Last 2 subfolders
  • Display full path

MiscMisc

The 'Use playback notifications' flag toggles the usage of playback notifications.

The 'Shutter sound on making video preview' flag toggles shutter sound on/off.

The 'Confirm deletion' flag affects the 'Confirm delete' dialog appearance before all delete operations.

The 'System Settings' button opens the standard Android settings application.

Sleep mode Sleep mode

Set remaining time (sleep interval) in HH:MM:SS format and tap switch to turn sleep mode on. After sleep interval expiration the player will be switched off.

Set the required time in HH24:MM format, select repeat type and volume. Tap the switch to turn wakeup mode on.
Do not forget to set up the wakeup clip. To set up the wakeup clip select 'Folders' view, long tap on the audio file and select 'Set as Wakeup clip' from the context menu.
